For 2 years I've been the primary sport photography for the University of West Florida and that helped start my love for Sport Photographer. A few weeks ago I reached out to the University of South Alabama and they offered me the opportunity to photograph there 2018 football spring game. As you can imagine I was thrilled to photograph my first division 1 football game.
Although this was just a spring game the environment and fan base was not exactly as loud and rowdy as I expected. The game was very up and down and the Red team won 31-0. Cephus Johnson led the QBs with 9-12, 126 passing yards and 2 touchdowns. Kawaan Baker hauled in 3 catches for 105 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns. On the other side of the ball, Reggie Williamson had 6 tackles for lost and Nick Mobley had 5 tackles lost. Overall the game was very fun and exciting.
